Register for Brazilian Skills Skool by filling out the online registration form below. Prior to completion, all participants are required to print out the NWA medical wavier and complete all necessary fields. Once participants have successfully completed the the medical waiver, participants can then complete the online registration process below.

Please note: participants must mail in the completed medical waiver accompanied by their check to our mailing address (1163 E. Ogden Avenue, Suite 705-320, Naperville, IL 60563) after completing the online registration process. Please make checks payable to Next Wave Athletics.

**Cancellation Policy - A cancellation request must be made by letter or e-mail. Refund requests must be received no later than 48 hours prior to the program for a full refund. Requests received after 48 hours will receive a refund minus a $30.00 cancellation fee. Requests received after 24 hours will not receive a refund.
