Next Wave Athletics has used the experience gained by its coaches and players working within the School of Excellence and Academy system of Professional Clubs to produce a coaching philosophy which puts technical development as the most important aspect of the game. Players should be encouraged to become masters of the ball, to follow in the footsteps of Zidane, Maradona, Cruyff and Pele. We want to give players the tools to replicate the way soccer should be played, to entertain, to inspire and to capture the imagination. The Next Wave Athletics Way!

Next Wave Athletics is a soccer specific company which provides soccer players with the skills and knowledge to take their game to the next level. Our mission is to focus on player and coach development by delivering a positive, high quality and enjoyable soccer education. We will provide high quality professional USSF Licensed soccer training to individuals, small groups, teams, and coaches with highly licensed American career coaches. Our mission is to deliver high quality tailored programs based on the need of the client.

Next Wave Athletics methodologies include continuous weekly training of all coaching staff, with this we believe that we provide the structural learning environment not only for our coaches, but also for all athletes associated with Next Wave Athletics. As a company we promote and push all our coaches to continue their revolving coaching education through the structured governing bodies of the sport. All Next Wave coaches are extremely passionate about the game and strive to instill this passion and hunger into all athletes that we work with.

Whether it is a technical exercise, complex tactics exercise or a simple speed exercise without the ball, our coaches pay close attention, analyze results and make corrections as needed. In this way we share with players our optimism and confidence that the same mistake will not happen again on the next try. Though the pace is intense and concentration is essential, players are encouraged to have fun at practice. Our coaching staff always encourages and gives each player clear commands and instructions during the exercises.
